We set out to change that. Our founding team has decades of combined experience across London's property management sector, and we've launched KB Estate to do things differently. We're building our reputation the right way — one block at a time, through referrals and word of mouth.
We remain an independent firm, intentionally selective about the blocks we take on. We grow carefully — one client at a time — because a stretched managing agent is no good to anyone. The right clients, managed exceptionally well, is the only way we know how to work.
